Unfortunately all domain name registrations, SSL certificates and Microsoft Licensing are non-refundable as fees paid by us for these services are non-refundable. However arrangements can be made to transfer the domain name to your new provider at no extra charge.

No refunds will be paid in respect of any account found to have broken our Terms of Service.

Cloud Severs and Dedicated Servers include a setup fee. Each Server is custom setup to the Customers own requirements and the setup fee is to cover the time taken by engineers to configure and setup the Sever for the Customer. Once the Cloud Server or Dedicated Server is setup for the Customer we would not be able to refund the setup fee.
