Configuring IMAP Email in Microsoft Outlook Office 365


This article shows you how to setup Microsoft Outlook Office 365 to work with your Web Wiz email account using IMAP and a Secure SSL/TLS Encrypted Connection. It focuses on Microsoft Outlook Office 365 but these settings are familiar with other versions of Outlook.

1. In Microsoft Outlook Office 365, from the File menu, select Add Account.

2. On the Email Address window enter your Email Address, then check Let me set up my account manually, and then click the Connect.

3. For the Choose Service click IMAP.

4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (IMAP) window, enter your information as follows:

Incoming mail server
imap.WebSiteLive.net

Incoming mail Port
993

Incoming mail Encryption method
SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
smtp.WebSiteLive.net

Outgoing mail Port
465

Outgoing mail Encryption method
SSL/TLS
Once you have filled in all the filed's, click Next.

5. Enter the Password and click Connect.

6. Click Done

Congratulations setup is complete
